Returns & Refunds

 

Return Eligibility:

• Item(s) must be unused, and in the same condition it was received
• It must also be in the original packaging.
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• The customer is responsible for shipping

Our return/refund policy is three days after delivery confirmation.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Send returns to:

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within three business days.

 

Shipping

 

Our products are shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS. This time may vary during high-demand periods. Made-to-order items are shipped within fourteen business days.

 

 

 

Flatback Flippers may show some wear and tear with use over time. If the extent of this damage impairs the fundamental function of the lids or lines that flip the stones, you may contact us for an exchange or repair. In the event of a natural disaster like a fire or flood, please contact us for a replacement. The Tumbler Universe does not charge for replacements, but shipping is the customer's responsibility. 

 

Warranty Conditions

1. Shipping to and from The Tumbler Universe is to be paid by the original purchaser. 

2. Original purchaser must provide the order number to receive warranty service.

3. This warranty only covers normal use and natural disaster. The Tumbler Universe shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage results from misuse or improper shipping

4. This warranty only covers Flatback Flippers sold and used in the United States of America.

5. The Tumbler Universe cannot guarantee replacements will be the same color as the original purchase.

6. Must be a minimum of nine (9) months from delivery date.

 
Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not include:

1. Discounted or sale items. 

2. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse (forcing lids into place), or incorrect maintenance (discoloration or deterioration due to cleaning with harsh chemicals)

4. Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse

 

 The Tumbler Universe makes no other warranty, either express or implied.
