How to Use Your 15ml Precision Adhesive Bottle

Setting up your new precision bottle is simple. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth, bubble-free adhesive flow:

1. Unscrew: Remove the outer screw-on cap.

2. Pop: Push the precision tip to the side to pop it out of the bottle opening.

3. Fill: Using your adhesive or a syringe, fill the bottle. Tip: Gently squeeze the bottle while filling to help draw the adhesive in and prevent air bubbles.

4. Secure: Push the tip back into the opening until it is firmly seated.

5. Store: Always replace the screw-on cap after each use to keep your adhesive fresh.

Repair Kit Bottles

Using a syringe is the most effective method for filling these small bottles. These bottles are designed for adhesives with a viscosity similar to school glue. Simply inject your adhesive, screw on the base cap, and snap on the precision tip. When your customer is ready to use it, they can simply twist the tab on the tip to open it.
