Thank you for shopping with The Tumbler Universe. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order.
Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In the same condition as you received them

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom orders and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@thetumbleruniverse.com within 7 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or not.

Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund except if the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item so we can resolve the issue.

We do not accept returns or replacements for damage caused by the customer, such as forcing lids that lead to breakage. These are considered end-user errors and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

However, we are happy to guide customers through making repairs if possible.
Flatback Flipper™ Limited Warranty & Goodwill Program
Flatback Flippers may show wear over time. If damage affects their fundamental function, you may be eligible for an exchange or repair. In cases of natural disasters (fire, flood, etc.), please contact us for a replacement.

The Tumbler Universe does not charge for replacements, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Warranty Conditions

Shipping to and from The Tumbler Universe must be paid by the original purchaser.

Order number must be provided to receive warranty service.

Warranty covers normal use and natural disasters only; damages from misuse or improper shipping are not covered.

Warranty applies to Flatback Flippers sold and used within the United States.

Replacement color may differ from the original product.

Warranty eligibility begins after 9 months from delivery date.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

Discounted or sale items.

Damage from accidents, misuse (such as forcing lids into place), or improper maintenance (e.g., discoloration from harsh cleaning chemicals).

Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
Terms and Definitions
To help clarify our policies, here are a few key terms:
Buyer’s Remorse:
Regret or dissatisfaction after purchase due to personal expectations differing from the product received, even if the item matches the description and photos. Generally, buyer’s remorse is not eligible for refunds or returns unless otherwise stated.
Made-to-Order:
Products customized or created specifically after an order is placed. These items have limited or no return/refund eligibility unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Window:
The time frame within which a return, refund, or exchange request must be made. Our standard return window for general returns is 7 days from receipt of the product.
Defective or Damaged Items:
Products that arrive with manufacturing defects or damage from shipping. These qualify for returns or exchanges when reported within the return window.
